The Marvans performed at Stage Door the Cafe in Burnie last weekend - releasing a couple of our original songs on the general public. We got a great responce and people have been talking about the gig all week

On Saturday, after Vanessa and I finished performimg at the Burnie Sidewalk Sale the kind people from SeaFM asked us if we’d like to be interviewed live on air about our new band The Marvans. I wanted to say something like this, but I’m not sure how it came out - I was pretty nervous!
The Marvans are a exciting new three piece band
who could be described as “Clever alternate pop rock”
We sound like a mix between Muse, The Ting Tings,
Clare Bowditch and Kings of Leon.
However it came out of my nervous mouth, it was a great bit of publicity and helped our band out heaps - thanks so much SeaFM!

I am playing at the Body and Soul Festival in Launceston again this year, and this time a photo of me is featured on the TV ad!
I had a great time playing at last years event and I am really looking forward to seeing you all again this year.
It’s at the Albert Hall in Launceston on the 7th, 8th and 9th of March.
