Sauce Magazine
I have my name on the cover of Sauce Magazine!
It’s small, but it’s there! (that’s what they all say)
There is a also an interview on page 12.
The interview is about what has had an impact on my music - and it’s also about my new EP.
You can download the PDF version here or pick up a copy at a music store, venue or school near you.

Facebook, MySpace and Me
Does anyone else find it frustrating maintaining a Facebook profile and a MySpace profile?
For example: when I book a gig, I add it to my main Gig Guide on mwynwood.com, then I have to add it to the MySpace “Upcoming Shows” section and then I have to add a new “Event” for it on Facebook.
It would be great if there was a way I could add the gig once, and it automatically went out to all of them. Maybe it’s an idea for a new Wordpress Plugin or a Facebook Application, something like: “…maintain all your social network crĂ p in one place“

Big Weekend
After having a few weeks off to work on my EP, I’m back into the gigs again before we head off to Europe and the UK in a couple of weeks.
On Friday night I played at Maginty’s in Burnie. It was a huge night, I love playing there, everyone is great, but after playing a 4 hour show, I was absolutely exhausted! On Saturday it was Original Sing number 13. I wasn’t playing but I went along to do the sound and sort it all out etc… It was a great night with 4 very talented acts: Juan los Bastardos, Invisible Boy, The Dudley Nightshades and Jesus and the Jedi.
Tonight I just got back from playing a 3 hour show at The Central in Devonport, and now I’m completely stuffed. Sundy arvo recovery sessions go off at The Central - if you didn’t know better you’d think it was a Saturday night! People were up dancing and drinking like mad. I imagine that there will be a few people ringing up “sick” in tomorrow…
I’m sending my EP away to get duplicated this week, so it will be available soon.
The launch will be when we get back from our holiday - keep an eye out!
Anyway, I’m gonna go and veg on the couch for a while and then goto bed ![]()
